In regards to the above complaint submitted on March 1st, please be advised that I received a phone call from David [redacted] on March 10thHe also stated that Laura [redacted] was also present(she did not say anything during the whole conversation).For a man in his position, Mr [redacted] was very arrogant and was irritated that I initiated a complaint with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com)I advised him that my inquiry could have been resolved a long time ago, and he did not even have the decency to e-mail me or call me when I sent him a letter via certified mailHe also down played the fact that my check was missing and denied the fact that other payments received on November 17,were missing.With his attitude, I am not surprised that CCS Medical (aka CCS Oncology) did not respond back to the Revdex.com.After about ten (10) minutes of me letting him know how unprofessional he was in handling this matter, he finally stated that they credited my daughter [redacted] account the $told him to send me a copy of the statement and I would prefer that they find my check and cash itHe stated if the check is found, CCS Medical would return it to me.To cover herself, Ms [redacted] sent me a letter dated March 13th (copy attached) and enclosed was the credit statementShe was fully aware of the calls I was making to CCS Medical and she received a copy of my letter via certified mail alsoI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ccs MEDICAL TO ANYONE AND I HOPE THEY RECEIVE AN UNFAVORABLE CREDIT RATING FROM THE Revdex.com!Thank you Revdex.com for getting this matter resolved for me, All that you have done is greatly appreciated.Sincerely, [redacted]
