several times we had sent someone over to repair the damage at no charge. After this gentleman had spoken with [redacted] he has given him a date and time it was going to be completed. In between the meeting of the two men and the email that was sent to Revdex.com from [redacted] there was a miscommunication regarding about area the owner wanted to have repaired. Telephone response obtained as follows: The company stated they did go out to consumer's property on 5/27/17.The company stated they did do final repairs.The company stated the corrections to some previous repairs included grinding off a nail that was sticking out The company stated they confirmed with the consumer that he was satisfied and the consumer stated yes.
