I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If you read the response that CCS provided from *** ***, the "resolution" that CCS offered St*** *** *** School never addressed the fact that we were sold fraudulent merchandise and Mr*** never agreed to not pursue other avenues. Not only were we verbally told that we would receive new *** iPads, but you can clearly see through the documentation that CCS purposely misled St*** through all correspondence over many months. Although ** *** is servicing the iPads when they won't work, that does not resolve that a warranty could not be obtained through *** for an extended period of time because the product was not bought through an *** Certified Dealer, as promised. Furthermore, because the iPads were not purchased through ***, the school cannot utilize the *** Dashboard which CCS knew was an important part of why were buying iPads (please see documentation already provided where CCS states they are working on us being able to use the *** Dashboard even though they knew that this was not possible). Finally, the central fact of this whole issue is that we were explicitly told though months of email that we were receiving new iPads and we did not- we received AS Is/ used iPads, which have no warranty.CCS continues to state that the iPads came directly from *** even though *** has said this is not the case. In addition, we have requested the *** invoice several times and they cannot provide it. The resolution that they claim has occcurred did not resolve the fraud or the continual deception that continues. We were told that we would receive new *** iPads and this was not the case
