Received a competitive quote for work but the expenses charged after completion were extraordinarily high and had not been highlighted or flagged in the quote or PO process. Work cost $1900, expenses charged were $2,436.
The company implied in their quote that their employee was in the area of our business but it was found after the fact that he drove '000s of KMs!
Due to this misleading and un-ethical practice the payment is in dispute.
