customer list after multiple attempts to collect payment for installation of Zmodo Camera SystemCustomer was billed 05/02/and did not post payment till 09/01/During this time invoices were generate every days as a reminder of unpaid balance and multiple attempts were made to contact customer with no success, during this time no service requests were submitted for repair from customer.Because of difficulty to collect from customer, *** *** *** was notified that we would either refer them to the manufacturer of equipment for another certified installer/service provider or we would purchase equipment back.In a follow up phone call the owner of *** *** *** (*** ***) then began to verbally threaten my staff over the phoneAs a result he was informed that for the safety of my staff no one would be returning to his business to collect and remove equipment and that he would need to box up equipment before refund was generated and schedule a time and safe location for exchange.CCTSS LLC would like to resolve this issue but will not endanger our staff to do soCCTSS LLC will purchase equipment back at original sale price of $1,but only if customer collects equipment and can return without further damage.
