I spent over $3000.00 on a hidden camera system. It arrived yesterday. UPS left it without a signature. It was 2 boxes. They were both damaged so extensively it had to have been done intentionally. They (UPS) did a haphazard job of taping it back together. It is 6/26/2014. I wasted 1 day of my life waiting for the delivery and planned to install them. I waste today to wait for UPS to pick them up. I am contacting the NYS Attorney General about the practices of UPS. There is no accountability. When I called CCTV they acknowledged UPS has damaged packages in the past. Knowing this they should not have used them to send my package. They also should have required a signature. It's fragile expensive equipment. I would have never signed for these boxes had I seen them and I'm sure UPS knows this. I will wait and see how long it takes to get my refund re-deposited and how much more stress it causes and report my experience again.
