We moved in the new house in the beginning of this year and I decided to change one of our windows in the kitchen and entry door. Among numerous advertizement flyers I found one company named "Clear concepts" who offered to do my window and door for reasonable price. So, I signed the paper work, waited for about two weeks until they received the ready window and unfinished door. Everything went smoothly: they installed the window and the door quick and professionally. I was happy at this point. A little problem was with choosing the color for the door. But we overcame they problem: I bought the desired dye for the door and now the only thing left - to paint the door. This part wasn't done properly: they didn't paint it evenly. There are some areas that are visibly less dense and needed more touches of brush. So, my new entry door was not perfect! By the time I came home there were nothing we could change except completely replacing the door because they already cover the door with protective layer after which you can not repaint it. I was very much disappointed. I talked to the owner of the company. But he didn't even find time to drive to my house to see the final work of his company. They already charged the full price and they were not interested to see what quality job is done by the company named "Clear Concepts". I expected at least some apologies and partial refund for dissatisfaction of the work. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody!
