I was having car troubles one night so I took my car up there and was going to leave it in the parking lot and call the next day because they were all ready closed and had been for about an hour The owner/manager happened to be there in the back and saw meHe actually opened his shop and let me come in due to it being extremely cold and snowy and I was able to set everything up with him right there and thenNot many places would do that I have been denied service at other places just because they would be closing soon etcI have been to them a few times and have always been treated greatThey may be a little higher then other places on some things but when you find a company that actually cares about their costumers it to me is worth itMy step dad was the one that recommended them to me and I am so glad he did

Cleaner & Dryer was hired to board up the house and do some work until I hired a public adjuster. I made them aware that I had hired a public adjuster and cancelled my contract with them. When I tried to pick up some of the items they had taken from the house they refused to release anything to me because they weren't paid yet. I gave them the name of the adjuster and I gave the adjuster the contact info for Cleaner & Dryer. My public adjuster,[redacted] has repeatedly contacted them to get an invoice for their work so it can be paid and they won't provide it. They have not contacted me at all and they have my phone number and my mailing address at the house. I called them on Tuesday telling them I wanted the invoice emailed to me and the public adjuster that day. I called back later on Tuesday and they said they had sent an email to [redacted] at Cleaner & Dryer. They didn't know where he was. I told them I needed to work with someone else and get the invoice. I have not been contacted by anyone at Cleaner & Dryer.
They are withholding my property because they haven't been paid, but they are also withholding the invoice needed to get them paid.
