On 4/1/15 consumers spouse contacted the VCS representative and told our representative that this past due account was still on the credit file. The representative told consumers spouse that the account was paid in full and was submitted on 4/1/15 to be removed from the credit file and to allow time...

for the Credit Reporting Agencies to update their records. On 4/1/15 VCS sent [redacted] a request to delete this file from the consumers report. Credit Reporting Agencies have up to 30 days to update their records which is beyond our control. Consumer did not allow enough time for the CRA's to update their records.
