C&D Disposal

I began service with C&D Disposal, owned by ***, in July. I paid up to December. They have only picked up my trash four or five times since then and several of those times were after I contacted them because it hadn't been picked up. I have been told twice that they thought I had a different service, they have claimed issues with a driver, etc. The bin was placed at my home on July 25th. I first contacted the owner on August 18th because the trash had not been picked up in two weeks. He stated he would be out the following day to pick up. I contacted his girlfriend on August 24th because the trash had still not been picked up. At this time I threatened to cancel service if it wasn't picked up. She came on the 26th. I contacted him again on the 31st as the trash had once again not been picked up. From there it was picked up every other week instead of weekly. I was contacted on October 1st after another week of it not being picked up and told he would be here the following day to get it. It was not picked up until Wednesday the following week. As of October 26th, my trash had again not been picked up in two weeks. I voiced my displeasure and was told this was the last time they would be picking up and I would be redunded $57. The owner stated he would be by to get the trash and bin the following day. He showed up at my home at midnight last night, the 27th, to pick up. He got in my face, left with the bin and enough trash to fit in it, and left the rest of my trash sitting in my driveway.
