I am rejecting this response because:They had said they would return my depositThe amount of my deposit check was $800, not $(see attached cancelled check), and there was nothing about subtracting a percentage on the contract (see attached)I would like my full deposit ($800) back

[redacted] did call the emergency line that Saturday evening at approx. 7:50 pm. I was not able to answer the emergency line which was being forwarded to MY cell at the time, because I was at the hospital. When I seen the 3 missed calls, I immediately looked out the window and noticed there...

was NO RAIN & NO HEAVY WINDS, therefore they WERE NOT LEAKING and no rain was forecasted. This call did not fit our protocol for an emergency! However, I did make [redacted] aware of their concern at approx. 8:30pm that same day![redacted] DID respond to [redacted] on Sunday morning and stated we would be there Monday morning. We went out on Monday and our tech was told by the homeowner not to go on the roof, they were concerned about the temperature and his boots leaving marks on their shingles. We scheduled to go back the following morning. The repair was completed. There was no lack of communication on our end. They attempted to call [redacted] first, since he was on an airplane at the time he could not answer his cell. It was close to 8:00PM Saturday evening before the office was notified, we cannot put anyone on a roof in the dark. As I stated previously, we were there Monday, we were turned away, we went back on Tuesday. We apologize for the inconvenience however we do not consider this to be incompetence, this was a small oversight that was rectified in a few short timeframe.

My assistant has only been here a few months and is unfamiliar with thedetails of this case. I unfortunately have been caring for my mother, post-surgery and was...

notable to be here to help as much as I would have liked in the past 8 weeks.[redacted] reached out to us via [redacted] in August 2015 seeking a contractor to make repairsto her upper left side gutter. We were given no additional contact information, only the locationwas on [redacted]. We responded to her the following day and did not get a response from heruntil September 16, 2015. At which time she also wanted an estimate for a metal front porchroof.All correspondences were done via [redacted], there were no phone calls that I have on recordwith my office. This is an unusual practice for us.On 9/18/2015, our estimator Skip went to the property to take measurements, photos, etc...inorder to provide an estimate. The estimate was sent to her that day via US Mail. She acceptedthe terms of the contract and sent her deposit. The date was October 5th 2015.[redacted] was uncertain about the work she was having done and who was doing it. This wenton until December 2015. [redacted] was having a few issues with finding a contractor to domasonry work. By the end of December she had asked for her money back.We responded with another option, which she declined. We cut a check (Ck#[redacted]) out to her on3/7/2016, it was put in the mail on 3/9/2016. Check amount was $340.00 (This amount was herdeposit, less 20% as per her contract) over a month later it was returned, for insufficientaddress. It was sent to the PO Box provided in the email.l had held on to this check up until February 2017, at which time I shredded it. I have attached acopy of the email correspondences, the contract, the original check stub and our contractclauses.I do apologize tremendously for the delay in getting this response to you. We are more thanhappy to cut another refund check and or work with her to resolve this as efficiently as possible,going forward.RegardsTricia B. Office Manager
