had to replace some of her nails with acrylics [redacted] had some of her nails drilled to remove the overdue acrylics, replaced with new acrylics, then had all of them filled, the cuticles were cut polish, the service price remains the sameNot only does [redacted] states the service to be unfinished but she doesn't include the fact that she had refused to have her nails painted when [redacted] told her to wash her hands so she could paintThe nail technician had proceeded to paint the nails but the customer refused, that is not on the nail technician's faultNot only does [redacted] states she paid $and requests a refund, she in fact, only paid $as show in the picture of the receipt with her signature of her agreement to pay belowThe receptionist had already apologized to [redacted] as the nail salon holds professionalism and we seek the same from our customers and it is unfortunate to view a customer we tried our best to service to, attempt to take back more money than what they actually paid forA regular fill costs $and ranging up, prices increase from added factors such as broken nails and so on, to which [redacted] had and we had to replace more than one, her daughter's polish, she paid the discounted amount of $6.00, the original is actually $According to [redacted] , we replaced three nailsThree acrylic nail replacements would have been $extra [redacted] was actually meant to pay $34.00, she would have paid $if we hadn't discounted her daughter's serviceBut we reduced the cost of her replacement to $as we didn't want [redacted] to be further frustrated [redacted] did not even pay the full original price, however she paid a discounted price, but expects a refund of more than what she paid forThe previous owners and long-time technicians had recognized [redacted] as a returning customer that has been troublesome previously beforeC & D nails is happy to let [redacted] go to a different nail salon and C & D nails will not be refunding [redacted] 's (requested) price as [redacted] had been serviced completely regardless of her refusing to have her nails painted and no matter what the staff could do, she was unaccepting of their professional work and had also agreed to pay regardlessThe most we can do is apologize which we already have and [redacted] can to a different salon without any of our concernWe had already apologized and C & D Nails has already moved on from thisThank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***
I am completely appalled by the remarks made by the current owner and receptionistThis is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever been subjected to from a businessThe receptionist was looking on during my session at the salon and yes, she did ask me how I would like my nails shaped, at that point I advised them of the shape I wantedThe owner assumed that she was executing the shape correctly( I asked for coffin shaped nails) however she was not, all my nails were a different shape and sizeThey were not properly shaped I was calm in trying to direct her on how to shape my nails and then said owner proceeded to tell me she would not be doing my nails againShe DID NOT imply that another nail technician could do my nailsShe was clearly flustered at this point and it was very noticeable and embarrasing that she could not contain herselfI asked her to cut down my nails and the reason being is because she did not execute the shape that I requested properly Why would I want to keep my nails a shape that the salon owner could not execute, they were just plain ugly At no point on my way out did the receptionist apologize, the only apology that I received is when I made a call to the salon afterwards advising that I would be contacting the Revdex.com due to poor customer service and poor handling on the situation The store owner is making claims and stating that I have always been a trouble customer but I have been visiting this salon since I have been years old, years I have been visiting this salon, why would a trouble customer keep returning*** did my nails beautifully while he was there, I never visited another salon unless I had too and *** the previous owner always did my nails, no one elseThe owners wife was who I called my "eyebrow lady" she was the bestSeriously, does this sound like a customer that causes troubleI've always been loyal to C&D nails but after this no longer and I will make sure all of my friends and family know to no longer visit this shop do to its poor serviceI paid my bill only because yes at this point I was frustrated and I attempted to explain to the owner that I should not be charged for a service that I was not satisfied withShe proceeded to just explain all that she was charging me for and not how she would be resolving my issueMy daughter was with me and I was not going to deliberate with her in front of my childSo, I signed my receiptMade my call to the store of the complaint that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and went to another nail salon in the area where I was properly taken care of and treatedI want a refund back for the monies I was charged minus the nail painting service for my daughter

her know she had not finished yet, which is true in [redacted]'s complaint. The reception asks how [redacted] would like her nails as she describes as straight on the sides with the tips being narrow, hence to what a coffin shape is to which [redacted] understands and executes, as the coffin shape is not hard to do. Before she states that [redacted] gets frustrated, [redacted] had failed to include in her complaint the part where [redacted] files [redacted]'s right hand, specifically the pinky/fifth digit number, and asks [redacted] whether this is the shape she'd like, [redacted] responds "That's much better." and [redacted] proceeds to file the rest of the nails to the same shape. The reception had been watching the entire time as she sits closest to [redacted]. After [redacted] had finished, [redacted] starts to demonstrate frustration and asks [redacted] to shape them down to squares, which [redacted] does after having to trim them beforehand and [redacted] requests to cut them down even further. After so, [redacted] knows the nails are too short to create a different shape with and tells [redacted] that she needs to stay with the current shape and that [redacted] does not want to do anymore. Which [redacted] starts to get frustrated and starts disclaiming how [redacted] is disrespectful and that the previous owners are much better. When [redacted] tells [redacted], she wouldn't do her nails again, she means to redirect [redacted] to have her nails done by a different technician she had previously gotten work from before who was two tables down. Then lets [redacted] know that the previous owners wanted to leave from their own personal wanting. [redacted] keeps a forced smile on her face to keep things professional while [redacted] shakes her head continuously and attempts to keep instigating with attitude such as comments of "It's not my fault you can't shape" as [redacted] did not once attack any part of [redacted]'s personality. [redacted] tells [redacted] to wash her nails as she intends to paint them for her and [redacted] says no and goes to the desk to pay to which she is angry about how she doesn't understand how she has to pay. [redacted] proceeds to explain each factor that attributes to her total bill but [redacted] cuts [redacted] off and says "whatever" and gives her card to the reception and does not hesitate to sign the merchant copy that says she agrees to pay. Although the polish was not added, it was technically a full service as polish is optional. Customers that request no polish still pay the original price. And although [redacted] requested a fill, her nails were overdue a fill that [redacted] had to replace some of her nails with acrylics. [redacted] had some of her nails drilled to remove the overdue acrylics, replaced with new acrylics, then had all of them filled, the cuticles were cut and nails were trimmed, shaped multiple times and each time to [redacted]'s request, and also buffed, the only thing she did not have done was polish and polish is only optional. With or without polish, the service price remains the same. Not only does [redacted] states the service to be unfinished but she doesn't include the fact that she had refused to have her nails painted when [redacted] told her to wash her hands so she could paint. The nail technician had proceeded to paint the nails but the customer refused, that is not on the nail technician's fault. Not only does [redacted] states she paid $36.00 and requests a refund, she in fact, only paid $32.00 as show in the picture of the receipt with her signature of her agreement to pay below. The receptionist had already apologized to [redacted] as the nail salon holds professionalism and we seek the same from our customers and it is unfortunate to view a customer we tried our best to service to, attempt to take back more money than what they actually paid for. A regular fill costs $19.00 and ranging up, prices increase from added factors such as broken nails and so on, to which [redacted] had and we had to replace more than one, her daughter's polish, she paid the discounted amount of $6.00, the original is actually $7.00. According to [redacted], we replaced three nails. Three acrylic nail replacements would have been $9.00 extra. [redacted] was actually meant to pay $34.00, she would have paid $35.00 if we hadn't discounted her daughter's service. But we reduced the cost of her replacement to $7.00 as we didn't want [redacted] to be further frustrated. [redacted] did not even pay the full original price, however she paid a discounted price, but expects a refund of more than what she paid for. The previous owners and long-time technicians had recognized [redacted] as a returning customer that has been troublesome previously before. C & D nails is happy to let [redacted] go to a different nail salon and C & D nails will not be refunding [redacted]'s (requested) price as [redacted] had been serviced completely regardless of her refusing to have her nails painted and no matter what the staff could do, she was unaccepting of their professional work and had also agreed to pay regardless. The most we can do is apologize which we already have and [redacted] can to a different salon without any of our concern. We had already apologized and C & D Nails has already moved on from this. Thank you.
