I took my shirt to get dry cleaned they ripped my shirt with there machine and I asked them to refund me the value for my shirt they told me to get loss

I went to this cleaners on June 21 2018 to have 4 items serviced. A pair of new men's dress slacks to be cleaned and pressed. 2nd a brand new dress shirt to be pressed . A brand new Tuxedo vest tags still attached to be steamed for wrinkles and a brand new wedding dress also to be steamed for wrinkles. I arrived with the items in around 8am so that item can be picked up the same day. I received a phone call and voice mail around 5pm telling me that the wedding dress wouldn't be ready until the 22nd the day of my wedding ceremony. I called and spoke with a manager who began to tell me lies about why the dress was not ready. I had to coax her into the truth and was told the dress was damaged.

I went to the establishment to see what was done to the dress. the manager went to removed the dress out of the dryer which its not suppose to be dried the dress tag says machine wash - dry clean recommended. Upon viewing the dress it had bearing grease all along the bottom train of the dress. I have pictures as evidence. police were called and with police there the owner was called and he agreed to pay for the dress if I bring the receipt. I had to go the same night to buy a new dress because the manger told us she didn't know if it could be fixed.

A few days later I bring the receipt for the dress and I was told by the female manger they would try to get my check cut for the dress by Saturday because it normally take 15 days. Paul *** calls me on Saturday June 30 2018 and tells me that they got the dress fixed and would not be paying for the dress even though it was after my wedding and I didn't need it.. I attempted to pick it up on Friday July 6 2018 and upon viewing the dress the grease was removed but other stains were on the dress appeared to be rust spots and a long ink pen mark down the front chest of the dress I believe it was intentional. they cannot fix the dress and refuse to pay the dress in full 318.97 Paul offered me 100 dollars even though I payed more
