I am rejecting this response because:
I have brought the coat back to the cleaners on seperate occasions, looking for resolutionThe owner was never there & didn't take the time to return any of my callsAt this point, I don't have a vehicle to return to the store and frankly Im tired of wasting gas driving back and forth to this cleanersI have never been treated so rudely and spoken to so harshly by a entrepreneurI don't feel comfortable nor safe going to this cleaners after the owner screamed such vile and threatening words to meMy safety is a concern.

I talked to this customer and asked her to bring back the coat to the cleaners to have her coat re cleaned and repaired at no charge but she said she does not want to bring it back because she doesn't have time and that she will call her lawyer. We need to see the coat to evaluate the problem
We cannot process claims over the phone without any evidence She needs to stop threatening and just bring the coat to the cleaners

Rodrigo called on 02/15 to state that they "found the pants. They had no tag attached to it," When I went into the cleaners, Alexus retrieved my tag. So the tag issue was not my issue. Though "the pants had no tag" Rodrigo was able to acquire them and returned back to my possession. No further reimbursement is necessary, I have my pants.

Tell us why here...This customer did not have a receipt for pants that were dropped off in September. Even though this has been since back in September, I contacted customer and will reimburse her for the pants.

Customer was contacted and asked to sign a claim form and send it to the store as well as provide purchase proof of the garment in order to be reimbursed.   Customer did not want to go to the store, so the form was mailed and asked customer to m ail it back with the copy of the purchase price...
