CD One Price Cleaners-Countryside

Unfortunately, CD One Price Cleaners located in countryside Illinois has ruined two pair of my trousers over the passed two years without exclamation. During the first encounter I gave them a pass because I understand that mistakes happen without intent in most cases, that was mistake!!!

This review severs as WARNING to all customers in the event that you have to file a claim with this location. The Initial conversation with the assistant manager and later the manager at CD One Price cleaners started out with an unprofessional attitude towards the customer. This Iresponsible behavior was Idenfied immediately during the conversation because this practice isn’t acceptable and will not be tolerated during any of my discussions period.

Unfortunately this cleaning establishment has a big name with low prices in Illinois with each location owned and operated by individuals owners and they operate the way they want. This information was articulated during the conversation with the manager. Also, during the interrogation process it was mentioned that CD would send the trousers out for observation to identify the chemical that may have stained the material. Upon futher conversation the observation process didn’t identify the chemical or cause that may have damage the trousers. CD still chooses to ignore that the trrouser was in their possession when the damage occurred which derictly identifies the establishment as the responsible party thanks and please choose your services responsibly.
