I brought in items to be cleaned on yesterday, Oct 17, One dress and pairs of pantsThe young man asked me if I wanted the pants creasedI said yes and asked him when did they begin asking if we wanted our pants creasedHe said some customers don't want their pants creased, so customers are askedMy pairs of pants were brand new never wornI always bring in my pants to be pressed and creased professionally before wearing specifically for the creaseWhen I came to pick them up before 5pm the same young man Kevin serviced meI had more pairs of pants with meHe greeted me in saying he remembered me from yesterday and asked if I wanted these pants creased alsoI said yes and paid my billHe brought my cleaned items only for the pants not creasedHe said he had put in for them to be creasedWhen I told Kevin I would wait for them to be creased another young male came over and said the machines for pressing were turned off for the evening and that I would have to come back tomorrow I couldn't believe thisthe young man next said he could have someone hand press themI said no I wanted the permanent crease from the machineI requested the managerHe said she was gone for the day and he was in chargeI asked for a number to reach manager was handed a card with the name Benny *** and was informed she would be in after 10am tomorrowThere were three employees the males and a young *** female who had gone into a room As male handed me the card, shortly afterwards an *** american female came from the area he had entered to get the cardI asked the young male to give me a receipt with crease pants on the pairs of pants I was leavingHe told me the one redoing pants would know and I said the one who cleaned the pants didn't know to crease themThe young male said he was putting the request into the register computerI asked again for a receipt and was given one with crease pantsI asked him to change receipt for pants I paid to be cleaned today with crease pants as there was no instructions for pants to be creased on my receiptHe wrote crease pants on receipt and retrieved receipt from bag with pants and wrote crease pants on itI am quite disappointed in how this is to be rectifiedThe cleaners closes at 7pmI was there before 5pm with the two young males working the frontPerhaps one employee was on breakBoth males were the ones ringing up our orders and retrieving themYour store video can verify my arrival and this fact, the other two employees were not counter acting with us nor with the clothingI, my family members and friends have utilized this CD one price cleaners since it opened in Lombard I assured the young male who never gave his name that Kevin was not at fault as he explained on yesterday why the workers ask NOW if you want your pants creased and Kevin did ask again today with my new orderThis need to be most definitely looked into along with a Manager of authority on duty when this could have been easy rectified without inconvenient to me as the prepaying customerI tried the website on card to log a complaint
