To whom it may concern: We understand that there was confusion the day Ms*** came to pick up, she was told that it could have probably been given out to another customer, but never wasA mix up of tickets is all that happenedWe apologize for the confusion, it being one of our busy
pidays she was told we would give her a call once the clothes were locatedMs*** counted everything before she left, all the other tickets were verified and she left with pieces and one ticket missing. We apologize for the confusion, it being one of our busy pick-up days she was told we would give her a call once the clothes were located. Ms. [redacted] counted everything before she left, all the other tickets were verified and she left with 50 pieces and one ticket missing.  There weren't six items missing like she thought, the items she was missing were five pair of pants.  The garments in the missing ticket were returned to Ms. [redacted] on December 2, 2015.
