Tell us why here...The coat was processed according to care label and the zipper brokeWe took jacket to get zipper replaced and the zipper used for the repair was not up to standard and the pull brokeWe then took the jacket to get another zipper replacement, a much nicer zipperAfter customer looked at jacket he was not happy with the zipper replacementIf we would have processed the coat incorrectly, then absolutely we would replace coat, but we did notThe zipper was poorly made to begin withManufacturer should stand behind the coat and replace it for customer

These stain caused by bleach or similar bleaching agent removing color on certain spot of the garmentWe don't use bleach or any chemical contain with bleaching agent in our storeWe use full submerge process to clean all garmentsSo if it was chemical reaction it would change color of the whole garment and not the few spot like thatWe have not caused the damage to the garment

This place has horrible customer service I took my $ [redacted] hoodie to this location for it to be dry cleaned only to find out that they shrunk my hoodie The manager Dee attempted to restore my hoodie by steam press it and failed miserably Instead of fixing the problem he made it worse by stretching it and fading it I then filed a complaint and was never contacted by anyoneSo I decided to go back to the establishment and find out what was taking so long and when I got there a female manager attempted to attack me by running towards me as if she were about to hit me Then another employee grabbed her before she could swing on me After that the Lansing police came and filed a report Even while the police was there she was still acting very ghetto and unprofessional Long story short, this establishment shrunk my belongings and then tried to attack me when I came back seeking answers for my complaint To this day they still have my [redacted] hoodie and no one has even attempted to reimburse me or resolve this matter This is by far my worst experience ever with any business that I've been a loyal customer to!

I did not receive my clothes item (black Nike jogging pants) in the same condition as they were given to be cleanedThe pants had a permanent stain on the legI was told by management that the store doesn't use chemicals that would produce this stainIf my pants were permanently stained before bringing them to the cleaners I would not have wasted my time and money bringing them to the cleanersBeing a returning customer, I'm very disappointedI didn't anticipate this ever happening

I took my suit jacket in to be dry clean and they pressed it and damage my jacket I took it back they said it was my Fault.But they would look into the matter and get back with me.They still have my Ruined jacket and no one will return my calls Please help me

I accept the resolution offered by the ownerHe cut a check that I just received to replace my blazerHe told me I was a valued customer and he appreciated my business

We were able to clean His suit jacket to customer's satisfactionHe has picked up his suit Jacket from our storeHe is satisfied with outcome

We have communicated to our customer as soon as we received complain. His Suit jacket was burned mark of electric iron We only use steam press with suit jackets with padded pressThere is no way steam burns jackets like he has.We try to explain the factCustomer refuse to communicate

Thanks for contacting use regarding your issue. I have looked into the issue and our Store management staff tries to follow the...

process to approve the claim that is filled at the store. In the particular issue store management staff didn't find any way that damaged that cause to the shirt will be cause by any process or machine at the store. If I looked at the customers view point, she felt that her shirt got hole that she never had. In order to make customer happy we approved the claim for her damage shirt and issue her credit for the damage shirt regardless of damages cause by her or us. Talk to customer over the phone on 9/19/2014 and also meet the customer at the store on Saturday 9/20/2014.

customer looked at jacket he was not happy with the zipper replacement. If we would have processed the coat incorrectly, then absolutely we would replace coat, but we did not. The zipper was poorly made to begin with. Manufacturer should stand behind the coat and replace it for customer.
