This is the second issue I have had with this business, when yet another issue happened I decided enough was enough. This time the wrong order was given to me which happened to be navy blue uniform tops. When I picked up the order and was handed 2 items (you prepay) that were navy blue I just took them and went on my way. I was returning these to a job I just quit and so after driving 15 miles and turning them in it was only then I saw they weren't my tops at all. So back I went, 15 miles plus, to retrieve the correct items. The manager didn't even get up to address me but sent a young employee to deal with me even though he was sitting right there and we had spoken on the phone. I was told he would reimburse me $10.00. I asked the clerk about the money and was told my account had been credited. Not. The manager is not taking my calls so I'm turning to you. I hope you can help. As I said, this is the second time I have just been pushed off with no satisfaction. The first time they actually ruined a comforter and literally blew me off.

Dear Ms.,

I want to first personally apologize for not delivering to your satisfaction, not once but twice. It does not seem that we are capable of delivering to your expectations and satisfying any type of issues that arise. I am going to honor your request for the $10.00. I will have it sent to your home address made out to your name. I think it is best that moving forward, because of our inability to deliver to your expectations, that we no longer provide any of our services to you. Although it is difficult for me to suggest this recommendation, my primary goal is to deliver to your expectations and we obviously have failed miserably. Again I personally apologize. I will notify the manager to note on your account that we are no longer providing any of our services to you and I will get a $10.00 check to you in the mail this week.

Delivered multiple clothing items to be cleaned on April 10, 2019. Picked up all but 2 items on April 11, 2019 and was told the other two items were "too wrinkled" to be ready for pick up. I called the dry cleaners on Monday April 15th for an update and they said one item was ready (black jumpsuit) but the other garment (pink dress) had a stain that they had not resolved yet. Called again a few days later to check the status and they said the pink dress was lost and I was instructed to file a claim. My fiancée and I came in to file the claim, showed pictures of the dress, and noted this dress was purchased for $160 dollars at *** back in October 2017. The store manager called back to say they lied, they had the dress and they ruined it with fabric stain and that he would possibly provide a check or a store credit for $25 dollars and they would not give back the dress to me. I requested the check, not store credit as I do not trust this company to clean my garments for any future dry cleaning needs. The manager said it was not my choice, it was the owners decision. I am filing a complaint in an effort to receive my claim amount for $160 dollars and I want the dress back.

What we do agree with the customer's complaint is the following:

We did in fact damage her pink dress and for that we are very sorry.

The customer did indeed file a claim

The customer's husband agreed, as did the customer (as evidenced in her complaint "I requested the check, not store credit ...") to accept the $25 check

We do not pay a claim and return the garment.

What we do not agree with the customer's complaint is the following:

Store manager did not call and say he lied.

Store manager never said it was not the customer's choice for a credit or a check

Additional Facts the Customer did not include in the complaint:

We found a very similar dress with the same manufacturer, dame material, same color for $29

We called the customer and asked if they had a receipt for the $160 that they claimed so we can honor the $160 purchase price and depreciate that amount vs. using the $29 amount for the claim. Customer never produced the receipt.

Customer's husband agreed to the $25 settlement but customer wanted the dress back as well which is not our policy.

Our proposed resolution: Per the customer's complaint the customer paid $160 for the garment back in October 2017. That makes the garment 18 months old. According to the Revdex.com and IFI Replacement Costs in Table II: Claims adjustment values criteria the % replacement cost is 40%. We would be willing to follow the Revdex.com and IFI guidelines and offer the customer 40% of the $160 which is $40 and although we do not give the garment back to the customer we would be willing to give the dress back to the customer. We hope this meets the customer's satisfaction. I would also like to once again apologize for our mistake with this customer's dress.

My first time using them and today and I see one sweater is NOT mine. It’s similar in color but mine is a *** and much newer. The other shirt is brand new. I’ve only worn it once and not only did it look as though nothing was done, it now has white splotches like an iron would leave after having hard water in it. The third sweater looks stretched out and has little pills all over it. It’s insane how disgusting this is. I’ve had the two sweaters dry cleaned before with no issue. I thought I’d try this one because it was closer.
I should have read the reviews now that I see there are so many just like mine. I’m so angry I used them without checking first. Do yourselves a favor and RUN!

This location on 2 occasions has confused part of my order with someone else. The first time they called me and it was corrected, the 2nd time I went in and was told I was wrong and the items were mine! So I now have 3 items that do not belong to me and I am missing my items.
