Always a bad experience. Took my stuff to this cleaners without asking me that if they want to charge me with the credit card on file or with any other tender the employee directly charged on the card. When I told her I don't want to use the card on file and I have another payment method guess what the payment already went thru and she started saying that she asked me if I want to use the card on file which she didn't. so please if you are using this place please do not save any card on file because they don't even check who the ID if you simply give any number and unfortunately if there is any card on file the payment will go thru.
Just wanted to give negative feedback on the Schaumburg location. I started going to this location since they opened because they are more convenient than the Hanover Park location for me. They shrunk two of my shirts before, and with a bit of a hassle and negotiation the manager "Nick" once gave me money for the shirt, and the second time, credit my account. However, just today (August 6th) I took a black shirt in that showed blotches of starch on it from last time it was brought in to the cleaners. The shirt had been hung in my room for a couple months since I brought it home, hung it up and never got to wear it till a couple days ago when I noticed the stains from the starch. I took in about $52 dollars worth of dry cleaning along with that shirt, (as one of the working girls there had already counted and got my bill ready to pay) and asked the manager "Nick" to please re-clean the shirt. The shirt had the tag left on it to show I had not worn it. Nick refused to do this for me, he said it had been too long, as the tag showed it was dry cleaned a year ago. There is no way it was done a year ago, first of all, it was in the batch I took in just two months prior. I told Nick all I was asking was for it to be re-done. He still refused. In a frustrated tone, I voiced my thought to Nick, explaining that every time they mess up he gives me a hard time. Last time when they shrunk my shirt, before running me through many arguments and finally giving me the credit, he proclaimed as they "never" shrink anyone's shirt, this has "never" happened before and it's impossible. Finally, after much debate, I was credited. However, this time, he refused to re-clean my shirt. I asked him he is willing to give up a $52 sale right now and a loyal customer just to refuse $2.00 worth of service to make a customer happy? He said yes. I also told him, that any time I had an issue, he gave me a hard time. He replied, "it's always you that has an issue, none of our other
we know that making customer happy and satisfy is our no.1 priority and we are ready to pay customer depute amount $5.00. he can visit our store and give us second chance to serve him better.

I am rejecting this response because: This is happened too many times. I have been a loyal customer of CD one for many years. None of the other locations have damaged, shrunk, or stained my clothes ever. And I'm sure if they did, they would not hesitate to re-do the clothing, or pay for it. Your location has did this three times, and each time gave me issues. The last time, you actually blamed me and said "I'm the only one with these issues," and did not care to loose $50 transaction to avoid re-doing one shirt for $2.00. The manager actually turned around and said he does not care that he's loosing my business, and walked away. I immediately took my clothes to the Streamwood location, and they cleaned my clothes flawlessly like they always had before. That location is just a bit out of my way to get to, but no big deal. I will be going there from now on. Giving attitude, and not believing the customer is always right is the fastest way to loose them. Let this be proof. Three other friends of mine that bring their clothes there were told this, and they also, will no longer bring their clothes to your location.
