CDA Glass Inc

My situation with Cda Glass began on Oct 8th. I own a duplex and was replacing all the glass due to broken seals. I received the estimate in Sept. The job was scheduled to start on Oct 8th. It was a 2 day job, for a total of 26 windows, I was told. In one day, they completed 5 windows. The 2nd day, they were scheduled to start at 9:00 a.m. No one showed up, and I did not receive a phone call until 10:15. In the next 2 days, I called the manager 3 times, and did not receive a return call. It is now the 14th of Oct. Job is at standstill and no one would even give me a status when they were to return. Called them every day, left multiple messages, and not once did I receive a call back. Finally I physically went into their job and was promised on the 28th I would have at least 4 guys to finish up. On the 28th of Oct, 2 guys showed up !! Returned again, 1 guy only, the next day. During the process, the valance to my custom wood blinds was damaged. I was promised they would find a replacement part and return. Never returned, never called. It was not until the middle of Jan 2014, that (again) at my instigation and pursuit, that I finally got them back to finish the job. Three months later !!

I am going to recommend anyone looking for glass repair, replacement to look elsewhere. The level of frustration alone is not worth saving a few dollars. There are other glass companies in town. As a consumer, I have never run across a company that is so lacking in professionalism, honesty and integrity. the manager was outwardly rude to me. I am very sorry I chose CDA Glass to do my job. I will never be using them again or recommend them.
