CDA Nails

Mrs. [redacted] come to my nails salon want to get the fullset done, I did everything she wanted and she happy until I paint her nails. She said she doesn't like the colors, I said you pick the color wasn't me, so she start get mad I didn't say anything I just do my job. Than she paid me and walked...

fast out the door, at the time both of the customers in my shop said she just want free nails, my customer was asked why I just keep quiet don't say something, if she in my seat she would have a few words with Mrs. [redacted]. After a while Mrs [redacted] called the salon started said all kind of words. She asked for money back, I said fine come back if I can't do anything I will refund your money, when she came back, I asked what wrong she said my are bad, so I cut her nail off and refund her money, 16 years in business I run in to a few of the customer like that, but there are a ton of nice people that help we are still in business. If there are anything else you to make the situation better I would.
