Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.CDA Structures did not vent the roof to functionally utilize the cupola supplied with the building, and eliminated any natural ventilation the building would have had by sealing all outside air intake points with spray insulationA mechanical ventilation solution is unnecessary when a building has natural ventilation features such as roof ventsCDA Structures eliminated those when they finished and insulated the building It is common sense that you don't make any building airtight, but especially one intended to house animalsBut CDA Structures has done just that, knowing the purpose of the building from the beginningIt is an error similar to the one they made with the wash bay, an area to wash horsesThey knew that was the purpose of the wash bay, but poured the concrete without slope to the drainI discovered this when I first used it and the water ran out into the aisle instead of into the floor drainWhen I notified them of this, MrD [redacted] talked about coming out to "shoot some lasers" over the floor after I had observed by the running water that it had no slope to the drainWeeks later, they sent a crew to jackhammer out and re-pour the floor Once again, their arrogance blinds them to common sense and simple scientific principles, and general knowledge that should be In their grasp given the business they're inOnce they have your money (and they got a lot of mine), they care nothing about the quality or use of their work product Their response includes a lot of completely unwarranted self-congratulation about customer service, which again applies only to the time they're collecting money Regards, [redacted] ***
