Our A/C broke down at evening and we couldn't wait to be the next day to call someoneWe called three different companies, but decided to go with CoolQuestThe service man, Darin, came on time and he was very courteous also very knowledgeableHe explained everything, what is the problem with the A/C after his through inspection
He finished the work fairly quickly and offered his help in the future
However, being a senior and living on social security, I wish the service would have been cheaperBut that is NOT Darin's fault or decision

We had such a great experience with Coolquest! We called them when our A/C quit working and we were getting HOT! Robert came out quickly and had our system up and running in no time! He has obviously been doing this awhile because he was very knowledgeable and professional! We will certainly be calling Coolquest for all of our A/C needs!

Ac went out and Darin came over to check it out, Found the problem and told me the cost of repair also noticed other problems with unit, it was not going to last very much longer so he gave me a quote of going with completely new unitNext morning (Sunday) Larry and jan showed up to do the install which takes up to ten hours, They did it in I was very pleased with all they did for me

Cool Quest definitely takes advantage of older customers I was overcharged for the unit I bought I left town a few days after the unit was installed and returned months later and called to have the county inspection done They have failed five inspections and have been very rude and belligerent with me When I have called they either put me on permanent hold or hung up on me When they removed the old unit that is on the roof they did not notify me that the cover that it was sitting on was very rusted and just set the new unit on it so there were leaks in my roof The unit was placed on a pad that specified that it was for ground use only and the unit was not tied down The emergency shut off switch was behind a panel that required two screws to be removed This switch is required to be visible and accessible They left rusted sheet metal on the cover and things were not properly sealed The duct taping was very sloppy and caused water to poolThe installers had to return three times after the initial installation before things were right I will sit here an sweat before I would ever use this company again!!

Joe and Darin were both prompt with the scheduled time, professional and easy to communicate with I am very pleased with their work and plan to use them again in the future I would highly recommend them to anyone who may ask for servicing

Joe Owas the installer of my new A/C unit He arrived at 9am and started right to work I talked with him several times while he was working and asked him many questions All were answered with professionalism Joe did a professional job installing my complete A/C system and cleaned up after the job was complete

The company came out times to fix our A/CWe paid them $It is still not fixed
6.15.18- Called Cool Quest for service call to look at A/CThe thermostat was set at degrees but the temperature in the house was The technician said there was mold in the A/C and also in the ductsFor $they cleaned all the ducts, installed an ultra violet light and cleaned the unit
- Problem persisted the next morningThey sent workers outThey came and seemed to do something but as the day went on the temperature was still degrees higher than set
- Called again in the eveningThey sent a worker out again to try and fix it
- They sent Darren out to try to fix it again
$was paid and the same issue still persistsWe have all receipts for work done and money paid

A/C stopped cooling last evening Darin came by and jump started it which got us through the night He then returned with parts needed for repairs today, and he just left, saying he would return if there were any issues so far so goodHe is professional and courteous, and knows his business Will post an update review after a few weeks *** **

Last week was the hottest of the year so far, my air went out...I phoned this company which I found in the phone book & they set an appointment with me immediately for that same dayI was nervous and skeptical due to past experiences with other contractor/trade type of companies doing work at my home.The guy they sent out was on-time, dressed professionally and very courteousHe found the issue right away, and was able to arrange that we would have our air running later this same evening for a very reasonable price, if we were to replace the part neededI was expecting to spend a lot more than he quoted me, since I am not familiar with a/c pricingHe also educated me on the options, yes!!He gave me options! Explaining the difference between spending money to repair my system which was quite old or replacing it entirelyHis logic made sense to me, Coolquest came out this same day and completed an installation of a new air conditioner systemThe installers were just as friendly and professional, they knew their stuff and the installation looks very clean and reputableThis company has excellent customer service and knowledgeable people on their staff, I would recommend Coolquest to anyone having air cooling issuesGreat Job, way to restore my faith back in private businesses

I was ripped off by an air conditioning company, COOLQUEST
On August 8th, our air conditioning stopped workingI decided to call COOLQUEST because they were the ones that installed a new system in I called and the girl if my equipment was still under warranty and she said yesThen she said the service call would be $I said OK, please send someoneThe technician arrived on time, found the problem and repaired itHe was here for about minutesThen he told me that I owe $I asked if my stuff was still under warranty, and he said it was, but gave some excuse about COOLQUEST would have to pay money the company that made the equipment for some reason or anotherI reluctantly paid him the $This company is a total bait-and-switch, and in my opinion is taking advantage of senior citizensI am still undecided if I will notify the State Attorney or not

Rick came out and preformed a tune up on my systemExplain to me all of the functions of the system, and my system is working wonderful nowHe is very inform and personable

my central air needed Freon he said he put in 1lb he lied, my pipes are still frozen I want my money back
I called coolquest told them I needed Freon, they came right away, he was very quick, ive been her for over years and had Freon put it it usually takes a few minutes, I was wondering how he put it in so fast turns out he didn't about days later it was getting very warm in my home took a look outside to my unit and the pipes were frozen even worse than before he came, so if he put in Freon my pipes wouldn't have been freezing it would have lasted at least year, I called they said they will have someone check it out between 3-7, after I waited a couple of hours they called and said they were so busy they couldn't come by and said they were busy for the next weeks, weeks!! I had a friend call and to see if they were lying, they made an apptwith her that day so they lied to me, they know they ripped me off and is not going to fixed the problem my dad who is the owner of
