This company left our house in a mess and our brand new metal roof is now rusting away after only one month.
We paid $15,000.00 to have our roof replaced after Hurricane Irma. They installed a new metal roof that was completed at the end of November 2017 and it is now rusting away. AFTER less than a month. Prior to our knowledge of this, we then hired them to fix the ceiling of our house. We paid them $2,500.00 as a deposit and they proceeded to ruin our house. They ruined the floor, the ceiling fans, the windows and they violated our privacy. They went through our cupboards and closets, drank our alcohol, ate our food, used our dishes, ruined our kitchen towels and smoked in our house. We are non smokers. We would like our money returned as we do not want them in our house after what they did.
We would like our money returned for the work that was done to the inside of the house, $2,500.00 We would also like them to fix the roof with better materials so that it does not rust. Or refund the $15,000.00 that we paid them so that we can fix it ourselves.
