Review: CDC Contracting installed a new roof on our home in May of 2011. In 2012, we experienced a problem with the installation of the flashing on a section of roof, causing a water leak in our home. We contacted CDC- [redacted] on several occasions leaving messages. Finally [redacted] came to look at the problem on 1/*/13, and said he would return to fix it. That was over 14 months ago, and several phone messages left on CDC' s phone since. We have not heard or seen any representative from CDC. Now the problem has gotten increasingly worse and we now have water damage in our home. It has gotten so bad we thought we had a burst pipe and hired a plumber only to find out the the roof problem was the cause.Desired Settlement: I want CDC to fix the problem area of the roof as promised and pay for any necessary repairs for damage to interior of home.
