I am rejecting this response because: This response does not solve anything as well as contradicts their actions.The business stated " I informed the member that we always request the member to come in and fill out a cancellation form so we have documentation in writing"yet I spoke with Katie and Jermey ( employees ) and they canceled my membership over the phoneSo this statement is invalid because the same method of canceling over the phone was usedRob ( fired employee ) spoke with me back in June and took my information down and said it will be canceled. Kate and Jermey used the same processTookmy information down and told me it was being canceled and it wasSo there is no mistake on my end or the method used .Clearly and even stated on recording by employee , this is Rob's mistake and he has done it to othersLuckily I have these recordings that can be seen here on my google drive -* *** * Without this documented this business would continue to push the responsibly on me when clearly its the mistake! I ask for my refund of $as well as a better response to this new information.( $each for September and October as well as $on what I had to additionally pay to cancel my membership again)

Good Afternoon, I read the complaint made by *** *** and I have pull his fileHe filled out a cancellation form on Feb 4, due to movingPer the terms of his contract that he signed, he was obligated to pay a day notice to cancel his contract ( February 6th & March
6th dues each in the amount of $32.04)*** *** was called numerous times and letter sent to his home informing him of his past due balanceSince *** *** never made a payment in the last days he membership was sent to collections for the past dueIf he has any issues he is more than welcomed to contact me at ***Thank you

Please note that I spoke to member and we resolved the issue and we mailed her a check for her refundI also informed the member that we opened our facility on January 4th not in March

I received the complaint and immediately called the member to apologize for the tardiness and explained I will look into the refund for her and husbandI pulled the batch report from that day and see they are entitled to a refund of $and will send out a check to them this weekThank
you and let me know if you have any questions

I spoke to the memberships and we have resolved their issue and cancelled their gym memberships
