Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am aware of the construction at Covered Bridge and I do understand what that intelsHowever, the friendly response submitted to Revdex.com was not the same friendliness in which I was metI was told every day I called that it would be handled the same day and that it was a contruction issueThis whole deal could have been avoided by simply giving me a timeframe or a more feasible response example: Mr***, sorry for the incoviencenc, but unfortunately this is an ongoing construction issue, please be patient with us and allow time to fix the situation etcInstead I had to call multiple times just to hear the same thing with a timeframe, and when nothing happened, I called the supervisor and was met with great attitudeThe only thing I am asking for is a written or verbal apology and better customer service in the future As far as the crime is concered, Covered Bridge may not tolerate crime, however, it is not crime free nor is any other place for that matterI am sure the police are handling the situation as I was the one who called I was simply pointing out this was another reason why the hall light needed to be fixed ASAP before something someone got hurtI am aware that fixing the light would not prevent crime but would aid in identifying a suspect or describing an event in more detail as the hall was pitch black when the incident happenedThanks for your time Regards, [redacted] ***
