prior to her first auto-debit in December of 2017. I have reviewed the phone calls she placed to our Customer Service DeptOn her original call to us, *** *** disconnected the call prior to allowing us the opportunity to make any offer to waive her missed payment feeOn her second call to us, she asked for our address and then immediately disconnected the call after we provided her that information. Our company does not report credit histories to the credit bureaus The only reports that are submitted are those by an outside collection agency for accounts that have defaulted The credit bureaus require a minimum number of monthly reports in order to submit payment histories
