To Whom it May Concern:My name is Sharon G[redacted]. This is regards to a complaint made against us by one [redacted] Goodman, ID [redacted].We got a call from [redacted]'s girlfriend, [redacted] about needing work done to put in a double wide home set up. They had someone else hired but they did not want or show...

up to do the job and they really needed it done because they were living in a garage behind [redacted]'s parent's house. We felt a little sorry for them because where they were living and the sad story they told us about how the house is Coming and the other Company was not showing up to do the job. We had other people waiting for us to do their jobs but we pushed them ahead and got their job done for them.We gave them an estimate dated 9/19/16. There is a place to sign the estimate but they didn't sign it and we didn't insist they sign it but they did agree to hire us to do the work on the estimate. We started the job on 10/24/16. We worked five days digging and putting in piers for the house. Hauling in fill for around the piers because the site was lower than the road and we needed to raise it up so it was not in a little hole. We dug for and put into place the conduct pipe for the electric, the septic line and conduct for the water to be put in. These utilities needed to be put into place before the house was set. We put down plastic for the vapor barrier under the house and over the piers and placed stone(gravel) on the plastic. We also built the driveway by hauling in and leveling out base and top material. The driveway was only supposed to go to the front of the house and that is where we built it. After it was about done, they wanted it to go to the back of the house so we ended up moving the driveway around the back side, which cost us a little extra but we didn't charge them anything extra for moving it. The site was ready for the house to be put in. The house was set, I believe on 11/7/2016. We come back on 11/30/2016 and put in the rest of the conduct for the electric and we also put in the water meter pit and put in the water line hooking it up to the meter pit. On 12/28/2016 we installed a septic grinder and hooked it all up. This grinder was not in the original estimate. This house has town water and Septic. We made a lot of calls about both the water and the septic hook ups for them. The town gave us a lot of trouble with what they wanted us to do with the septic. Finally, the grinder was the way we did it and we did charge Mr. Goodman extra for it. We told them that we would finish with the yard in the spring. On 2/28/2017 the grinder stopped working. It was one of the floats and we got it repaired on 3/1/2017, no charge. They called us about once a week to get the yard done. It was a very rainy spring and summer here. We told them it was quite wet to come and try to get the yard done. But after their constant calls we started their yard on 4/13/2017. We hauled in a few loads of top soil and leveled it out in the front and back yards. We rock raked, seeded, and mulched the yard. We regraded the driveway and that was that. The yard started to grow. Not sure when the calls started again but they were complaining about a few marks in the yard that our machine left and about some of the wet spots in the yard. The machine had left Some marks in the yard because of how wet it was when we did the yard, which we warned them about. That is why wePage 2wanted to wait for it to dry up a little more. It just rained and rained and rained here. Everyone's yard was wet, especially a new yard. One call that they made to us was the day after we got 2 1/2 inches of rain complaining their yard was wet. We told them that some of the grass might have died off with all the rain and that it would take some time to get a sod base to Soak up all the rain we were getting. Not to mention [redacted]'s parent's house has a sump pump that is running all the time and putting water in the front yard. We told her that she needs to get that hose to run somewhere else so it does not put more water in the yard. Still they kept calling. We came back on 5/23/2017. We hauled in two more loads of top soil and leveled it out in the yard. We raked, seeded, and mulched the yard again. The grass grew again. Still they called and complained that some of the back yard had some wet spots. On 8/15/2017, they texted us that the yard was not grass only hay, which is not true there is grass. have pictures. They said they couldn't use their back door but when we come back over there again, on 8/15/2017 she came out the back door. The back door has a ramp that goes to the driveway in which they park their car, so that is not true. Behind the house is a dirt bank that water sheds from So there is a Small area in the back that does hold a little water but it is in the Swale around the house SO if it is fill in with more dirt that would put the water in the driveway or under the new house. We did get in an agreement with [redacted] that day while we were there. She said that we didn't bring in that much dirt, which in not true. And that we dug some of the dirt out from her parent's yard, which is not true. She complained that her yard, grass, did not look like parent's yard. Which anyone who plants fresh grass knows it will take a couple of years to build up the Sod, which we told her that. She only has grass not Sod. When she gets a nice Sod base it will look like that. She started Swearing at us which we just said that she had quite the garbage mouth on her. Then we said, "What do you us to do." She said, "Nothing, we were done." She kicked us out. We left and she texted, "See you in court." I did not respond to that text. They also posted not so nice things about us on facebook that we were not happy about but I didn't respond to that nonsense, either. We were on another job when the people we were doing the job for came to us and told us about what Mr. Goodman had posted about uS. He put our name, address, and phone number on this post. It was kind of embarrassing for us. Sometimes there are people out there that no matter what you do you can't make them happy. believe these people are them. They have nothing better to do with their time but to complain. All they really have to do is to plant more grass on that small spot and hope it stops raining long enough for the grass to grow. Like I said already more dirt is not going to help. That would put water in the driveway and/or under the new house.Everything I have given to them was on our letter head not on a plain piece of paper, so that is not true either. I have copies of everything I have given to them, the estimate, a work to date invoice (itemized) they requested, invoice for the septic, and an invoice for every amount they paid us. I can get you references of other customers of ours if you like. Many repeat customers. In closing, we believe that we did the best we could do considering the weather conditions this year. We didn't just ignore these people. We went back a few times to please them but there is no pleasing them.Enclosed is pictures of the job we did. A couple before and after. An itemized invoice to give to them. Hope this satisfies the matter.Sincerely,Sharon G[redacted], Owner, Treasurer
