Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter's birthday on 5/2/2020. I waited 4-6 weeks before I started emailing for status. They continually told me to be patient. It has now been almost 3 months. They refuse to refund me, update me or even respond to me anymore.

I bought a pair of shoes in the website and I didn’t receive the product after more than 10 days. I then sent an email to the address on the website and they replied back in broken English with a screenshot of transportation information.
However, the transportation information seems not trustworthy and the product is shipped from China....I highly doubted it was a scam..
