CDI Computer Dealers

I have bought I believe computers from CDI, and the first one seems to work fine, and I liked my sales person He was quick to get back with me with information, and things shipped in a reasonable amount of time On Tuesday February 2nd, 2016, I received my daily email with link to a price list for the day I called my sales rep on computers that day I discussed the pricing, on the machines and warranties and told him I needed to check with my customers before ordering I called him back a few minutes later, and told him I needed to order all computers PC's and an *** He said great and that he would call back in a few with a invoice ready to get my payment When he called back he informed me there was a mistake on the price list and he could not sell me the [redacted] for the price listed I told him we had discussed the pricing, and that it is not only the honorable thing to do, but it was the legal thing to do He told me he could not help me I ordered the PC's and called to speak to someone about the pricing that was sent out I left messages for the President of the Company, on Tuesday, and then message with another person under him I received no response On Thursday, I called and asked to speak to a Sales Manager He was courteous, and offered to lower the price of the computer, stating several times he knew I had to sell the computer at a loss for me because I quoted a price based on their pricing When it was all said and done, I was looking at losing $for their mistake I asked to think about it for a while and said I would contact them back I decided that any company who cannot honor a price they advertised on a single computer could not be trusted with any of my business I will be taking all of my purchases elsewhere [redacted]
