Chrysler Pacifica 2017 bought as second hand car in Dec 2018 under a warranty from Dealership.
Car keeps on breaking with the same issues non stop.

Car Purchased in DEC 2018 as second hand car- bought with warranty
In first year of the ownership we had to fix:
sliding doors, reset sensors, replace auto start/stop battery twice, main battery replaced now as I am typing it,
issues with electronics.
We believe this product is faulty and we do not trust it and do not feel safe driving it.
We would like to have a right to return the product and get the money back.
We do nothing but lose time and energy fixing this car and talking to Dealership and Chrysler Customer Service.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the car and get the amount I paid for it back.

customer called to say they have received agreement with agreement with the company

They are advertising a deal that I called about on their website but when I get there was told that was just to get people in the door.
They are advertising on line a $5000 above trade in buy back special. I called and was told by an employee they would do it. I also spoke to them again today since I was driving out of the way to get there. Once I arrived, I was not only told the vehicle I spoke to them about an hour earlier was sold yesterday but that that advertised special was just to get people on the lot and would not be honored. There should be some penalty for this.

Desired Outcome

I do not want anything except for them not to be able to do this to others.

In 2016 I bought a 2010 RAM at Secret City Dodge from Gary which came with a lifetime warranty. In November 2018 the transmission went out. Upon going to Secret City they said it was covered under warranty, gave me a complimentary car at no charge. Three weeks go by. They pulled the transmission out and truck is out in the parking lot. Chris calls and says warranty is not going to pay, he then says they are going to help me by paying for labor if I will pay for parts. I agree to pay for the parts. Chris calls in two days to tell me the truck is ready and my bill is $1472.00. When I pick the truck up I am charged labor and parts and additional $200.00 for complimentary car. I have to pay this amount so I can get my truck back. Chris says the work they had just done had a one year warranty.
I drive the truck 500 miles, lose a quart of fluid, take the truck back to Secret City Dodge at which time they said it was covered under warranty. The two coolant lines were leaking and they would have to order them.
Two and half weeks went by no lines. Called Chris, he said they hadn't came in. So I called Cogdill Dodge in Knoxville. They had the two lines for $145.00. Called Chris and he had them sent to Oak Ridge. I left my truck, they gave me a complimentary car. Chris called the next day, the truck was fixed and ready to go. Bill was $406.00.
They charged me $160.00 each for the two coolant lines plus $50.00 for the complimentary car and the fluids.

We are always happy to greet both new and seasoned customers. has been a customer for a while and when he came in for trouble with his transmission, we jumped forward into the process of starting to get approval for teardown and repair his truck. With every repair job that comes through our dealership there is a process to follow. From time to time, our warranty companies create a more strenuous process of fact checking and information gathering in order to approve the repairs to a warrantied vehicle.
I have attached a copy of our lifetime warranty contract. On the left-hand side in all caps in bright green letters it states "MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS - In order to keep your Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty valid, you must follow the maintenance procedures listed below." Then listed below are the requirements. The company that provides this warranty decided that the damages to vehicle could have been due to a lack of proper servicing or a diversion from the recommended manufacture's servicing guide. We contacted to ask the questions that our warranty company needed to know to determine whether the repairs would be covered. They desired to see all the official maintenance records with customer name, repair order number, date, mileage, and a complete description of the services performed. brought the required documentation, but it was deemed unsatisfactory for several reasons. His lifetime warranty was then deemed "invalid."
This is unfortunately a crossroads we have come to before. Some customers find it difficult to keep the factory recommended maintenance schedules both performed and well documented. We had already begun to speak with on the assumption that warranty would be covering his rental and his repairs. At this time, we had a difficult conversation with in which an agreement was made where Secret City would pay for a portion of his repairs and he would pay for a portion of his repairs. Understandably, was frustrated, but he agreed to go ahead with repairs and pay a portion of his bill. It was not until the next time came in with the trans-cooler line issue did the agreement get made that he would pay for the parts and we would pay for the labor. Jim Cogdill did not have the trans-cooler lines specific to this repair. They were on backorder and we did finally get them from Chrysler, not Jim Cogdill. received the price of other coolant lines not included in this particular repair.
This is an unfortunate situation that could have been avoided if followed the Lifetime Warranty contract. Secret City CDJR did not benefit from the transactions described in complaint. We paid for over 50% of the cost of the entire repairs described in this complaint. We were only trying to help a seasoned customer with some unfortunate car problems. I hope n can see that we were trying to help where the warranty company decided they could not.

Purchased a used vehicle, had an A/C issue, dealer could not repair. Sold us a new vehicle, said TOTAL was $19,399. Turns out loan was $24,092
My fiance Purchased a '16 Jeep from this dealer a little over a year ago, She also purchased a 100K mile warranty. The jeep had an A/C issue so we took it into the dealer's shop and it was covered under warranty. They gave it back to us a week later claiming that it was fixed, however it was not. We took it back to them a second time and the vehicle was there in total for over 45 days. The service department did not call us and every time we called them, they said they could not figure it out. We had to personally reach out to FCA and let them know of the issue 3 weeks after the dealer said they could not figure it out, FCA said the dealer had not let them know about the issue. The sales team reached out to us a couple times asking to buy the jeep back and have us purchase a new vehicle. We told them countless times we wanted to get our current vehicle fixed, knowing they were trying to get us to buy another vehicle. Finally they asked us to come back again and they offered us a deal we thought to be decent, NOT IDEAL since we would be going further into debt, which we also told them several times going further in debt was something we did not want to do. We asked the sales rep if the old loan would be paid off and the new loan TOTAL would be $19,399 and he said yes. We said to give us a day to think about it and we would get back to them. My fiance and I agreed we would accept the deal the next day and she went up there by herself. When she left a couple days later we checked her loan amount and it was $24,042. We called to let them know of our frustration and schedule a meeting. We met with the finance director and the salesmen on 11/19/18. We questioned the salesmen about our previous meeting when we specifically asked him if the TOTAL new loan would be $19,399 and he denied saying yes. We asked the finance director where the extra $4,643 came from and he stated taxes and the 100K mile warranty we purchased. We pleaded with them saying this is not what we had verbally agreed upon with the salesman and would like to be compensated. The finance director said that all he could do was refund the 100K warranty and give us our money back of a little over $2,200 and take it off the vehicle, but there was nothing he could do about the taxes. We dont understand first and foremost how we can verbally agree to a TOTAL new loan of $19,399 and then the TOTAL loan be $4,643 more. Secondly, when we questioned the salesman, not only did he go back on his word, he wanted to argue and get angry with us to the point the finance director had to ask him to leave. Third, we had to repurchase a 100K mile warranty that we had on the previous vehicle that could not be fixed. In other words we previously paid over $2,200 for the warranty for the dealership to tell us, "sorry, we cant figure it out, buy a new vehicle and if you want that warranty on this vehicle you have to pay another $2,229."

On top of all of this I have reached out to the General manager on 4 separate occasions. Twice by email and twice by phone and he has yet to reply.

Desired Outcome

We need to be compensated a total of $4,643 due to false information given to us from the sales rep. We want our warranty money back of $2,229, we also want the remaining $2,414 to be refunded as well. Understand the remaining amount is NOT taxes. A total of $19,399 was agreed upon, total meaning total, not total and then taxes. We will gladly pay the taxes, but as stated before they should have been worked into the TOTAL of $19,399.

I am not sure if I needed to respond to this Revdex.com Claim due to the fact that this customer is not in our system here at Secret City CDJR. However, I realize that I may need to explain a few things whether or not this submission came from a customer or not.
In this particular scenario we are currently still working on the A/C issue on the first vehicle that was purchased and then traded back in. We are working closely with Chrysler on the vehicle. There is a Chrysler Star Case (special online Chrysler engineering team) open on the vehicle and believe me when I say that we have been working diligently to find the fix! We have a great deal of time and effort in fixing the car.
To answer the question of the warranty. When we took the 2016 Jeep in on trade, we also cancelled the 100,000-mile warranty that had been purchased for it. We allocated the entire refund for the cancelled warranty in the down payment section of the car deal. The customer decided that they would still like to purchase another 100,000-mile warranty on the new car so that is part of the "extra" money that this claim is asking for reimbursement.
The other amount of money this claimant is referring to in the desired resolution is the amount of tax payable to the government. Our advertising and/or pricing does not include taxes. Similar to any other product that you purchase at a store we are not required by law to display taxes until the time of the sale and receipt. The actual customer, who signed the paperwork, was given an entire breakdown of taxes, fees, and service contracts at the time the paperwork was signed. The claimant was not present for this portion of the purchase.
I have included a scan of the deal sheet with the customer's signature. Please redact any information you do not wish to divulge to the claimant since that person is not the customer.

I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangle and I did not purchase my Jeep from Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. But I have took my Jeep there for repairs and recalls. Both times I have took it there has been a very bad experience the first time was a recall on the radio and they was very rude in the service department about replacing it. And also charged me $100 to tell me it was a recall. It was my understanding if it was a recall you shouldn't have to pay for anything. The 2nd time I took it it had to have a new radiator put in and I have a extended warranty that covered this. So when I took it to them they charged me $100 for diagnostic test to tell me it was the radiator and when I told them I had a extended warranty they said since I had already paid the $100 that I shouldn't have to pay for diagnostic test that they would use that $100 toward the $100 detectable on the extended warranty but when I picked my Jeep up they still charged me the $100 and when I told the service manager that she told me that she would use the $100 that I had already paid for the diagnostic test that I should had to pay she told me she didn't say that. I even have it on a voice mail to prove what she told me and she still made me pay the $100. So I have paid $200 for things I shouldn't had to pay for. I even called another Jeep dealer and they told me I shouldn't had to pay any of that. So Secret City Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram in Oak Ridge Tennessee owe's me $300.00.

I bought a used car from 'Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - 1005 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN 37830' on Apr.21st 2016. At that moment, the sale person promised me 3 days' guarantee. 2 days after I bought the car. I found the two sun visors are broken. I asked them to fix them for me. The sale person promised me to do that. I keep the communication emails between me and them. However, it is already 1 year after I bought the car. I went to their store today and reuqired them to have my sun visors fixed. They refused. I have the paper written by them for the 3 days' guarantee and the emails from the sale person and he promised me to find the sun visors for me. But now they said that they can not find sun visors for me and it is the reason why they refused to have it repired for me!
If they told me these before I bought the car from them, I would never buy the car from them!
Product_Or_Service: Chrysler PT Cruiser

Desired Outcome

Repair It is their responsiblity to have the sun visors repired, since they promised me this during the 3 days' guarantee. Sun visors are important for a safe driving.

The dealership added services and fees they were told not to in the amount of $788 to my loan contract. I contacted them and they refuse fix the issue
The dealership added fees totaling $788 for GAP insurance after I refused the fees. The dealership ran the loan through and had the fees financed into my loan without my knowledge. When I contacted the dealership they refused to redo the contract and remove the fees from my loan. They also refused to take the car back and refund my $4000 down payment.

Desired Outcome

I want the contract and loan redone with the added fees and services removed from my contract, my loan, and the additional amount added to my payment because of the fees they placed on my loan against my permission.

I was interested in purchasing a truck and I agreed to have my credit run but they ran my credit at 12 different companies.
I did not agree to have my credit ran thru 12 different companies.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to contact each company and let them know that I did not agree to have my credit at 12 different companies.
