CDL Consultant hired lawyer [redacted]", so he is a representative of their company. As I stated earlier, money was paid for services not rendered. It has been 5 months now so...

there is no need to continue to wait for a response from the lawyer. CDL Consultant is who I paid for services and this is the company I expect a full refund from. If no refund will be given then I will proceed with further legal action against CDL Consultant.

We understand the confusion and impatience of the driver. However, he is incorrect in saying the attorney is our representative. All attorneys we hire act on their own under their state bar guidelines. We can not issue a refund as the driver was represented in court by a local attorney. We do not offer any guarantees to results. We are not legally obligated to refund this driver any money. However, since we strive at excellent customer service we are attempting to provide him one. If one is determined to be due it will come from the attorney. We spoke with the attorney this morning and he is researching this request. We will have a finally answer by 01/30/15.

On 1/30/15 this company promised to have a final decision for a refund, I have not heard from them. Will continue the legal process from here for a full refund. Issue has not been resolved.

I'm happy with the service I received from CDL Consultants and the attorney they referred me to. They were able to get my no truck route violation switched to a basic rules violation. I will be using CDL Consultants again and recommend them highly to anyone searching for help with a ticket.

I am so happy with CDL Consultants and the service I received from them and the attorney they referred me to.
