I should have looked at reviews before I hired them. The firm they actually hooked me up with was very efficient, but they were 350 miles away. I ended up wanting to take my case to court but because they were so far away, for me to go to court would have cost me their travel expenses, hotel expenses and meals on top of everything else. It was a foolish assignment. Like Mark ( a previous reviewer) stated, I called customer service to get a local firm reassigned but they were no help and never called back. Don't waste your time or money with CDL Consultants. READ REVIEWS !
I called this company , spoke with a represntative that told me they have a 90% success rate. I was presented a very professional company. I hired this company assuming they would hire an attorney in the county where my violation occured. This company hired an attorney from far away, would only handle the case by phone and mail., would not appear in person. I paid a total of $1250.00 I called the customer service, they were rude and refused to help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am comletely unsatisfied. When I called the customer serivice, these people refused and basically told me nothing will change. It is really interersting that after calling the customer service 3 times with a promise to call back (they have not called back) and sending two e-mails canceling I now see this reply to my review. CDL Consultants is more interersted in google reviews than their customer. My license is very important to me. This is the reason I paid $1250.00 only to find a nasty company. This company does not care what the customer thinks, does not care about customer satisifaction. Basically, once you pay , your money is gone forever. I asked many times for a refund which they to date will not give me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I would not suggest hiring or working for them. They are unethical. Overcharge, do not know anything about CDL law or a ticket. They didn't even know who the Defendant was in several cases. They stiffed me on my last two jobs I did for them, which both ended in dismissals.

I received a ticket in Alabama for speeding a few months ago I didn't get the chance to go to my court date and an Failure to Appear was issued I immediately called CDL Consultant and asked for help They were able to go in and effectively defend my case and got the speeding ticket reduced to an equipment violation and the FTA removed They really worked hard on my case and I really enjoyed working with their attorney

The driver is correct He was due a refund We have had some turnover in our customer service department This driver seems to have been affected by this We have called him and have reached a mutually beneficial resolution His refund was initiated while he was on the phone and he is now satisfied with the result
