Mr***, paid to attend a training class for the pretrip and air brake portion of the exam this class is one that we offer to teach drivers how to properly perform an air brake test and pretrip inspection on a truck, once the applicant pays for this class they can attend the class as many times as
they want at no additional cost, Mr*** attended this class just one time prior to his first attempt at the examHe attempted the CDL test, and failed the pre-trip portion of the testMr*** did retest with MrG*** (at a later date due to a federal waiting period) and again failed the pretrip portion of the exam. Mr*** then came to our office to attend the class again at no additional cost, and after the class found MrG*** returning to the office from testing another applicant and proceeded to scream at him about the fact that he felt that he had cheated him, and that he should have passed himMrG*** explained to him that he did not complete the test according to the federal guidelines set forth for the examMrG*** never at any time used any vulgar or foul language, he has been employed with us for over years, and has never had a complaint, used foul language, or screamed at an applicantAt this point our scheduler had Mr*** attempt his test with a different examiner here at our facility after they calmed him downHe had gone thru the pretrip class three times at this point, and did pass the pretrip portion, when it came to the next part of the test, the skills portion, he failed. After receiving this complaint from the Revdex.com the *** advised us that Mr*** needs to retest at the state CDL officeI contacted Mr*** to advise him of this, after about minutes of questioning the situation, he hung up on meHis father Mr*** Srthen called me about the situationHe then verbally threatened our examiner and our facility, and the matter has been turned over to the Phoenix ***

Mr.G*** did use vulgar language towards me it is what it is I have contacted the *** fraud line for they gave a friend of mines who wishes to remain anonymous his license on a sunday when they felt lazyI know the dates and times he was there so when the time comes the proof will be on the businesses cameras

At cdl truck school we are taught in a certain way and that way only when I tested with Edwardo G*** he switched the technique in how we were taughtWhen I tested with another instructor with the same test I tested with him I got 100%I believe he failed me because he wanted me to pay moreWhen confronted he started raising his voice used vulgar language towards me and told me he does not have to provide with any of his informationWhen I began to speak to another employee about the situation he intervened and did not let us talk about the situation and continued to use cuss words and vulgar languageThe company I am with has paid $so far to pass my cdl which two of those tries would have been a different outcome if MrG*** would have used the technique taught by other instructors he also told me nothing would be done because I am just a number to him and the company that what he did does not matter

[redacted]speeds truck driving school has been around for a long time- excellent place to get your CDL-

The instructor that provides the Pre-trip inspection class told me that the "Service brake" test wasn't required then the examiner failed me for skipping it.

There are "No Refunds" regardless of any obstructions caused by their business or their instructors.

The parking test vehicle was different than the Pre-trip inspection vehicle AND its steering wheel had over 20 degrees of play!

Every instructor was packing a side arm and didn't hesitate to act intimidating to any student complaints.

Students paying through their employers were treated sparingly.

Anyone self-employed was forced to pay cash. "No Personal Checks Allowed"?!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHARGES YOU FEE'S TO DO A TEST AND THEN TELLS YOU THAT YOU FAILED BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE TEST AND WANTS TO CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE AGAIN TO REDUE THE TEST. TRIED TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND THEY BECAME VERY NEGATIVE AND TOLD US TO LEAVE.

+1
