CDR Recovery

I have been contacted at my job from someone from CDR saying that I had a loan with a company that was unpaid but I have yet to receive any documentation stating what was owedWhen I asked the representative to send me documents with proof of what he said I owed, he could notI asked him not to call my job anymore but he refusedI am consistently being harassed at my place of work and also several calls a day on my cell phoneRecordings are being left on my place of business where I workI also received a message from my sister stating that someone from CDR contacted her on her cell phoneI have not, at anytime given my sisters information to this businessI know that cell phones are public information and that collection agencies use whatever information they have on the person of interest to locate othersThey will see who stays or stayed at the same address at some time or another and find their phone numbers and start harassing them, this should be illegal and it needs to stopMy sister has already began researching this company because she knows her rights as well as I and she will file suit against CDRNo further contact by the businessselect Desired Outcome:Stop calling my job, this is harassmentStop looking up information on whom you think my relatives may be and then contacting themStop calling my sisters cell phone and leaving information about me, which was not authorized by meCDR is involving a third party with someone else's informationStop the harassing calls
