components will also require reinstallation but those software fixes must be done in person. For example, if network card drivers do not work, a computer cannot access the internet, and therefore cannot receive remote tech support over the internet. This is a common occurrence with reinstallation of an operating system, and it is a byproduct of the service, and not a fault in the work. The labor was done, and was done at a discounted rate already, and some work must be done in person which is a physical limitation, even though it may be a software problem.
