I called and the receptionist said the main guy was in a meeting and would call me back. Five days later, no call. I call again, she says he's unreachable and he will give me a call. I informed her we already tried that, she apologized, but would have to wait for him to call me. Four days later I get a call from him to set an appointment. We decide for the next evening at 4:15pm. Fast forward to that day and time, he doesn't show up. I waited 30 minutes, then called him, no answer. I waited another 30 minutes then called, no answer. I waited an additional 30 minutes can called again, no answer. So this company wasted a week of my time,. I have equipment coming in six days. Now it's 24 hours later and no follow up call. Just on this experience alone, how can anyone trust them to do work if they can't even pick up a phone and make their appointments?
