Hi, First of all this complaint is not accurate at all. I am not the initial sales person, I followed up with the client to see how eveyrthing is.2. The client wanted to purchase a repair part for the phone system, and said they found it online for cheaper. So they
bought a part from an unathorized *** vendor, and are calling us to service it for me.3. We will understanbly not service a part that is not bought from us, and additionally the unapproved part the client found online can ruin the rest of their equipment because it is not an authentic part.
