Good Afternoon:CDS had received several calls from this gentlemen in regard to this complaintWe (CDS) did not sell this individual a machine, nor is CDS in any type of agreement or contract with this individualThe individual purchased a machine from a client of ours, outside of any agreement we had with the clientThis individual after the fact ordered toner online for the machine (not from CDS) and purchased the incorrect tonerThis individual has called and wanted CDS to credit him for his purchase of incorrect tonerWe can't credit the individual for something we haven't providedWe have offered to sell him the correct toner for the machineThis individual has talked to several of different employees trying to get resolutionWe have no agreement with this individual or contractual obligation to provide additional support at no costAgain, we have offered to sell the individual toner for his machine, but can not credit him for a purchase he made outside of CDS [redacted] Corporate Director of IT ServicesCDS Office Technologies

I am rejecting this response because:I do not believe it is an acceptable business practice for technicians to intentionally cause damage to a machine that is coming off lease.
