CARRIER OWES US MONEY (REFUND)
We are an AC company we returned several items under warranty to Carrier and the refuse to honor it, They owe us money (refund) and we need to get it ASAP.

Please provide copies of all paperwork that was submitted for warranty parts. If the warranty for the parts was valid then the company would have been paid.
New Carrier/Bryant AC system constantly sweats.
Air Conditioning Company installed a new Carrier/Bryant AC system in our garage. Unit worked fine for about two or three months then the air handler started to sweat profusely. The AC company came out and tried a handful of adjustments to stop the sweating but nothing has worked. I had a third party come out to give their opinion and they said its possibly a bad coil and/or the Carrier unit isn't insulated enough like other manufacturers they install. The Carrier rep, Tim S., was contacted which then sent a canned response email to me about FL climate and sweating air handlers. I responded multiple times directly to Tim S. and even the Air Conditioning company tired to reach out and he wont respond back. The unit is a Bryant 5 Ton, 14 Seer heat pump system. *** and *** My previous AC system did not sweat. I am concerned about the health/ safety, with all this moisture there will be mold spores which can cause terrible health issues.
I am looking for Carrier/Bryant to remove the unit so I can put another brand in place and/or remedy the moisture issue.
Although we understand the homeowner's frustration with the situation we cannot at this point agree with his assertion that the root cause of the condensation in this case is a defective product.
There are a number of factors, including many external to the unit that may contribute or even be responsible for the fan coil sweating.
We have communicated with the homeowner and the dealer. We are currently awaiting information we requested from the AC contractor which will assist in diagnosing the reason for the condensation.
It is our intent to insure the equipment is applied and operating as intended by the manufacturer which will basically dissipate the allegation of defect.
If in the process we are able to identify the reason for the condensation, we will advise all parties (dealer and owner) and take steps to correct it. The same will be true if the cause is found to not be within the equipment.
Is it our desire to obtain a reasonable resolution for this complaint and will do so within the scope of the manufacturer's specification for the unit and its warranty policy.

Very politically correct response to the Revdex.com from Carrier. In order to get a response from Carrier I had to file with the Revdex.com. In my research I found Joe M. who is the current President of Carrier, Florida region. I emailed him at which point he pawned me off and had Frank P. follow up with me. Frank sent me an email that basically said not to contact Carrier directly and to go through the local AC company that did the install. Its like Carrier does not want to have any involvement at all, turning a blind eye to this issue. I asked multiple questions in my email to Frank and I get no response...I still have the issue. I cannot post details at this time because I will be taking Joe to court if this continues.
