Review: I ordered a part on [redacted] from ce group. They sent the item, however, they did not include my unit number on the package and it was returned to sender.I contacted [redacted] and [redacted] to make sure that my profile information was accurate on both accounts, it is correct.I filed a complaint with both companies for a explanation for why they reported the wrong address to shipper. They gave the correct information, the sender just sent it without unit number.Contacted ce group and got a reply back that if I gave them a good rating on [redacted] they would send the item to the correct address.[redacted] says to contact [redacted], [redacted] says to contact shipper, shipper blames [redacted], this is a circular argument, all I want is my refund. Someone made a mistake and now I am being told that if I do not allow them to extort a good review from me, I will not get refunded the amount I paid beforehand in good faith.I have the emails sent to me by ce group customer service stating the above. As a matter of fact I got another message stating the same thing again this morning from a different representative.They made a mistake and I expect them to rectify the issue with haste and stop trying to force me to lie. I will NOT do it.Desired Settlement: Since this company sent my product to the incorrect address, this housing development has over 300 homes and a unit number is required for delivery, it is only appropriate that they refund the full cost for this fiasco. I never received this product, it was returned to sender undeliverable, per the [redacted], I never had receipt of item at any time and cannot file a return ticket with [redacted], because I never touched the item, therefore I have no recourse with them. The sender needs to make this right
