Review: In May, 2012, I had sent the tenor part of my bagpipe to CE Kron to be repaired. If repair was not possible, I sent the other tenor to be used as a template to fabricate a new piece.He received the tenor drones in May, 2012 and stated that he would work on the damaged drone in July 2012. My last email from him was in July 2012. All subsequent attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] to date has been ignored. This includes email, phone calls and certified mail.The bagpipe parts currently in his possession are unique. 1931 Ebony and Ivory Sinclair bagpipes.Desired Settlement: Immediate return of the bagpipe tenor tops and bottoms of the 1931 Ebony and Ivory Sinclair bagpipes.
