I purchased a coffee maker from CEM in April of 2016, and six months later it wouldn't brew the coffee. The coffee maker took two hours to brew a pot of coffee. I contacted the company and they would replace it but I had to pay for shipping, which would cost, according to my post office, $12 to $20, the cost of the maker. The warranty on the outside of the box stated a two year warranty, inside on the warranty pamphlet it states a one year warranty, the man at CEM stated it was a type-o on the pamphlet. I will not purchase from this company again.
