company on the siding was settled.C&E Wurzer Construction decided to honor the homeowner's choice of siding and to start work as soon as possible when the homeowner was ready.The homeowner seemed offended by the discrepancy between us and the insurance company and wanted to cancel.We explained to them that there was costs involved in helping them with the process and if we were not allowed to proceed with the siding repairs that there would be a bill for 15% of the insurance claim for the company's loss of profit.We are willing to work with the homeowner on cancelling the job completely and to cancel their 15% invoice.We have attempted to call the homeowner four times on May 10th, 2016, from our Janesville office, but we were unable to reach the homeowner.We would like a phone call back from the homeowner to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
