We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. Ms. [redacted] placed an online order at https://www.truegarcini aextract.com/ on 4/25/2015 for a 14 day trial of our product. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission...

indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks these boxes agreeing to the terms and selects to submit the order.The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee of $5.97 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a 30 day supply of the product; shipping may vary depending on the promo code. The merchandise shipped within the trial period is not a sample supply; it is a full 30 day supply. The customer will then have 14 days to evaluate the product and if they are not satisfied, can call our customer service and incur no further charges. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that the customer may return the unused portion of the product. The Terms and Conditions also clearly state that this 14 day trial begins on the day the product is ordered and is considered as day 1. If the customer elects not to contact us to obtain an RMA number within 14 days, he or she will be charged $78.62 plus applicable taxes for the product. The customer will continue to receive a fresh new 30 day supply for $78.62 plus shipping and applicable taxes, every 30 days until the customer contacts our customer support department to cancel.The advertisement does not state that we are shipping the customer a complementary free sample size of merchandise. The advertisement states to claim your free trial now. The trial offer is exactly that, the time the customer has to use the product is for free but the merchandise we ship to the customer to try is not. When ordering it is a 2 step process: 1.the customer will input their shipping information, email,and phone number. On this 1st page the customer has to check a box that they agree to the Terms and Conditions and the webpage itself will not let the consumer continue until that box is checked. The 2nd page is where the customer will put in their credit card information and they have to agree to the Terms and Conditions a second time. The final ordering page also has a paragraph directly next to the credit card information that informs the customer that they will be billed  if they do not contact our customer service department to cancel. We do apologize if Ms. [redacted] feels the terms were not presented in a clear enough format but we do have multiple pre-cautions that are in place to insure the customer is aware they will be billed following their payment for the shipping.We would also like the Revdex.com to notice that [redacted] does not endorse our products and we are in no way affiliated with him. He does promote the ingredients that our included within our product but in he in no way sponsors us nor do we advertise as such.As we did not receive contact or cancellation request from Ms. [redacted] within the 14 day trial period as specified within our terms, our system went ahead and processed $78.62 to Ms. [redacted]'s account for completing the trial period and purchasing the one month supply. We deeply apologize for any confusion that may have been experienced.In the interest of maintaining customer goodwill, we have credited Ms. [redacted] in the amount of $78.62. Ms. [redacted] will see this credit within the next 1-5 business days. Ms. [redacted]'s account has been canceled and she will not receive any further shipments or billings.Whenever a consumer places the trial offer for our True Garcinia Extract supplement they are presented with the option to also place a trial offer for the Natural Yacon Cleanse. Ms. [redacted] accepted to place a trial offer for the cleanser; therefore was billed $7.95 to start that trial.Ms. [redacted] did not cancel within the trial timeframe specified and was billed $78.62 for completing that trial as well. We have credited this amount and Ms. [redacted] will see this credit within the next 1-5 business days. The account has also been canceled and Ms. [redacted] will not receive any further shipments or billings of the Natural Yacon Cleanse.We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have been experienced and hope this satisfies Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. I ordered MiraCleanse and KetoSlim, both are weight loss products from CECB Nutrition. It was $4.97 each. To order you much check a box to complete your order. When checking the box you have agreed to "terms and conditions". When checking the box you becoming a "member" means you will be charged $88.97 and $87.41 for the shipping of both products if you do more cancel in 14 days. When I called to cancel the first time the worker tired to sell me more and stay with them for a discount. I asked to cancel my membership so I would not be charged. I was supposed to receive a conformation email saying I canceled my membership but I did not. That is when they charged me all of the money above. They told me because I did not get the email they have no proof that I canceled, how convenient. A month later when they send out your next months pills, without a warning, you are charged $88.97 and $87.41 a second time for the pills and shipping. I took the KetoSlim once a day for a month and the pills did absolutely nothing and I did not even try the MiraCleanse. I spend a total of $352.76 for 60(2 packs of 30) pill that did nothing, half of which I did not even try. The second time I called to cancel the worker told me that this was my fault and they had no records of me canceling so I could not get my money back. I explained what happened and he did, finally, help me to cancel my order and gave me a refund of $88.19. I spent $352.76 but got back $88.19, what happened to the other 264.57? When I was on the phone they asked how much I took and when, I told them, he said you need to take two a day for a longer period of time for them to work. Moral of the story I lost $264.57 on pills that did not work. I am seriously upset and disappointed with CECB Nutrition.

My daughter ordered some pills from this company and didn't nde stand the terms and conditions.. when I called to cancel she told me that each product returned would be a $9.95 RESTOCKING FEE. This is so ridiculous. Which means to actually send it back would be MORE than purchasing the products which she got conned into purchasing in the first place. This company is a dishonest company that told me this was a courtesy to me..?WHAT?!? What's the courtesy there? They need to be shut down.. Do Not order from this company. It's a con. If they were all about pleasing customers and customer service they would have let us send it back and we would for sure cover the shipping costs NOT A RESTOCKING FEE OF 9.95 per item. For them to walk across the room and put it back on the shelf. I will post this everywhere on social media to get rid of this company.

Review: I ordered samples from this company for the Yacon Power Diet and True Garcina (both weight loss pills) after seeing that [redacted] endorsed the productsThe samples are sent to you for free, except you have to pay shippingPart of the agreement states that you have to call to cancel the product once you receive it to ensure you do not get charged for that months supply (the supply you already received)I called a few days after receiving the products and canceled through an automated system, you don't talk to a real person, that phone number is [redacted]I received my credit card statement in the mail and it had two additional charges from YaconPowerDiet and TrueGarcina each for $I called them to discuss the transactions and the customer service representative, Paul, and he said they have no record of me calling to cancel, the first time he sees me calling was that day, so he could not help meI asked him to talk to a supervisor, because I wanted the address to let the Revdex.com know, he told me he is a supervisor, so I asked for a manager, he said he is the highest person I can talk toI asked for their corporate address he said they don't have one, I asked for their Federal Tax ID number, he stated he does not have that to giveI let him know that I am filing a dispute against the charges with my credit card company, he then said that if I call my credit card company and drop the dispute he could give me partial credit back to my card, but if I continued to dispute the charges there is nothing he can do for meEverything about this phone call seemed wrong, Paul, the representative was rude and continued to ask me if there was anything else he could do, instead of answering any of my questions.Desired Settlement: I'm filing this complaint because I want the Revdex.com to look into this company and ensure they are legitimateI agreed to be charged $on 4/25/for shipping of my free samplesI was then charged $twice for a total of $on 5/9/The company could not help me, said I could cancel the dispute with my credit card company and give me a partial credit, and would not give me a corporate address or any other information I requested (that I needed to file this complaint with the Revdex.com)
