Review: I purchased an item on 11.25.2013 a computer bag holds at Cece Fashions in [redacted] PA. I asked about the return policy since I only come to work in Philly a couple times a week & she did stated I could get a store credit.on 12.6.2013 I had to return the item since I came into Philly to work since it did not fit my laptop.I did however go to the other CECE fashions in the same building, same manager, same owner and was told by a sales person that the 2 stores are not connected there are 2 different managers.CANNOT use a credit from one store to another store.I came back up stairs and brought 2 co-workers that had been to the sores before and they both had been told they are the same stores and you can shop in both stores, since they are the same store.When we returned to Cece Fashions and explained this the sales person called the manager, the same manager of both stores who happened to be in the other store. We went and spoke with him stating that I wanted to purchase an item that was more expensive in this store and can not issue the credit. He stated they are 2 different stores, yet they both have the same names on them CECE Fashion Boutique. We can not use the credit in this store, he stated he would call the stock holders and pretended he was on the phone and hung up stated can not use the store credit. Must use it in the other store since one is Cece Fashion and the other is Cece Fashion Boutique. Both stores state the same name I then asked can I get my money back and purchase the item here. The answer was no. Why would he say that the stores are different when they both have the same names on the windows and be very curt about customer service. I have a time limit on the refund before it expires too of 180 days. I also asked for a gift card, but the gift card can only be used st the one store and not the other.The receipt as I have attached does ONLY state CECE Fashion yet both store windows state CECE Fashion Boutique.The credit is on blue construction paper and just states CECE.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.This is not what I had been told. These were the same stores and now they are different storesI want my money and interest back.The embarrassment that was done to me was humiliating in front of others.If the stores are 2 totally different then they should state on the windows the 2 different names, or not associated with the other store.Also it should state that store credit is NOT WELCOME at the other store, that is false advertising.
