I am rejecting this response because:
You dont have any idea what that stereo cost me you also have to take an account the installation cost but it wasnt 600$ this is the cocky kind of attitutde that the manager frank has and it makes you look very bad instead of responding professionally either way you know the way you all did me was wrong and im not the only one thats had problems with you all I just wish I would have known I would have never stepped foot on your lotAnd you should give me my money back because you are a fraud!

This is in response to the complaint submitted by one of our former customers We are sorry she feels as though she has been taken advantage of. We run an honest Buy Here Pay Here business and have done so for the past yearsAll of the paperwork was signed and everything agreed upon
before delivery was taken of the vehicleEvery customer has the right to have their own mechanic check out vehicles before purchaseAttached is a portion of the paperwork that was signed. As stated in the complaint, there was a minor issue that was encountered that she made us aware of, at which point the manager told her we would correct. The vehicle was picked up, taken to the mechanic and delivered back to her workplace with the problem corrected. We were then notified that the tire pressure light had come on and we told her to make sure there was adequate air in all of her tires. She did complain about the CD player not working. The radio was working when she test drove the vehicle. But as stated, there is no warranty and the vehicle is bought As Is. At this point she had her mother call and yell at the salesman and myself as well as calling me inappropriate namesAs for the dash falling apart, apparently that all happened after the original stereo was taken out and the aftermarket stereo was installed. We did return her stereo to the customer, even though we are not obligated to. We had a mechanic shop take her stereo out, so that it was done properly. We will not refund money for a vehicle that was purchased, used and then the customer had buyer’s remorseWe will have to spend a good amount money to repair the damage that was done to the dashboard. We do have before and after photos of the dash, so you can see that it was not like that when it left the lot. Please advise if you would like those photos. This is why we have so many papers signed by the customer before delivery. When she came to retrieve her aftermarket stereo, she signed a voluntary repossession paperwork, so we let her out of the contract. Another thing we did not have to do. Also attached is the email she sent saying she wanted to give the vehicle back. I am rejecting this response because:The experience was in all the most horrible ever and the reason the dash came apart was not because of when I had my stereo installed it was because when they went to go install the stereo it had a piece missing on the top right-hand already so when they went to pull it to put the stereo in somehow they were very clever enough to have the dash put together so good that you didn't see the cracks that were actually really there until they pulled it off it came off in like for five pieces And even when I got the radio installed even the people that installed it mentioned that the dash was already in pieces Also in the email that I sent I put that I wanted to know the steps because I was fed up of getting the runaround and not getting any help to return the vehicle voluntarily I was going to get my stereo taken out on my own and then I was going to give the vehicle back I had it paid off until the 12th but *** had them come get the vehicle from my driveway on the fifth and that is not right because I was not in default so even if I was voluntarily going to give the car back it wasn't a default so period I didn't say oh come take it And four pieces to have been glued and for ants to just come pouring out of the seatbelt I mean it's ridiculous of course it's going to make somebody not want that vehicle anymore And it should have been mentioned when I was looking at the vehicle that the CD player did not work yes the radio was working but they could've mentioned that the CD player was not if they would have mentioned that I would not have even bought the vehicle .

provide her with servicesHer lawn is a full Bermuda grass lawn which is considered a weed by industry standards in our areaStill, we have managed to make improvements above and beyond our job description of keeping the lawn mowedShe had holes in her yard which created a dangerous work environment for my employees which I incurred the cost to repair for the safety of my guys and galsI have written record of her yard being mowed consistently over the past few yearsat which any point if she was unhappy, her services could have been cancelled with no penalty
Unfortunately for everyone, Ms*** harassed my employees repeatedly until they were no longer comfortable working on her lawnOf my workers, I have no employees remaining who are willing to work for this customer due to the way she treats people and handles situationsHer consistent belittling and attacking of my employees character was uncalled for to say the least...but blackmail is where I draw the lineWhen I refer to "black mail," I am speaking of how Ms*** threatened my employees that she was going to cancel our services if they didn't do whatever extra work she wanted done for free right then and thereI do not believe this was the first time she used this tactic to take advantage of my company and employeesHowever, it was the first time multiple employees shared the story, nearly 'word-for-word' with me
I have a comprehensive statement showing all services performed for Ms*** this yearAny prepaid amounts were refunded immediately upon the closing of her account and cancellation of her serviceAfter Ms*** attempted to blackmail my employees into doing tasks that were not a part of their work description at her property, such as hand pulling weeds, we decided it was in our best interest to cancel her services
To provide those whom it concerns an idea of what was happening: Our rate for basic labor services is $per man per hourLet's say that, on average, Ms*** has blackmailed or yelled at my team of employees insisting they do work outside of their job description and our oral agreement to keep the lawn mowed, on an average of once a monthIf we figure months of mowing per season for years, with employees per time, and my employees spent an extra minutes each time Ms*** felt the need to bully someone: That adds up to hours of unpaid labor or $at our hourly rate
We had no written contract obligating us to continue working for Ms***, therefore she has no legitimate basis for these complaintsMs*** is simply upset that someone is finally standing up for themselvesI believe it is clear from her irrational demand the type of person Ms*** isI have no idea why Ms*** would believe she deserves a substantial amount of cash on top of all of the extra work we have done for her, for free, at her demand, without my approvalAccording to my math, I believe she actually owes us $still, but we are simply happy to be rid of the harassment and blackmail and do not wish to pursue collection of this debt
Our reputation is proven in the community and industryWe are honest, dependable, and trustworthyHowever, we do not tolerate black-mail or harassment of our employeesWe are happy to prove through bank records and our statement records that Ms*** has been accurately refunded any pre-payments she has made and such has been done promptlyNo certified mail was ever received from Ms***, nor would her demands be considered because any rational individual understands they are not illegitimateWe request this matter be taken to arbitration for quick resolutionWe are more than happy to comply with the decisions made in arbitration of this matter

This is my response to Gabris commentsI do not see a response from him addressing most of my complaints and concerns, leaving me to believe he knows they are trueHis reply and tone are very offensiveHe implies I talked with the employees frequentlyIn fact I have only talked with them 3-times this year about concerns however I have been dissatisfied more times with the job done, I just did not say anythingI might add there were other adults who could hear some of those conversationsNone of the conversations were in a harassing or belittling toneFor a year and a half I have been waiting and working patiently to remedy the issues caused by his employees, however it appears he has chosen not to work with me and make it appear to be all my foughtI am not satisfied
I did not harass anyoneI did tell them when I needed better service as I indicated in my complaintNothing is as simple as it seemsI certainly do not want Gabris Landscaping service every againI would consider them trespassing on my property if I saw them again on my lawn
The type of grass is not germane to the issueHe accepted my payments for serviceI was not given a job description and do not know of any improvements they have made
Jeff *** made me aware of dips in the lawn where I think trees had been planted and removed, the first year the first year of service, said he wanted to fill over themHe did not indicate any dangerous environmentSeveral people had mowed the lawn without any problems before this service
As I indicated in my complaint, I have contacted himI do not see that he addresses the issues in my compliant in his response
My only communication with workers (which was little, most of the time I did not see them) was about issues with lawncareI have no idea who they are or their characterI did not and have little interest in taking my time to belittle or attack anyoneAs in my complaint I ask them to take better care to trim and mow my lawn

Based on an ***t rating from *** *** about year ago, all of our services were given an "A" rating aside from priceAs Ms*** mentioned an issue that happened multiple years ago, a remedy for her concerns was proposedShe accepted that remedy, and our business relationship was continued
Until I found out Ms*** began blackmailing my employees with the threat of cancelling services, there were no issuesShe is simply angered that I figured out what was happening and stopped it
All services paid for have been provided or refundedNo wrongs have been done to Ms***She is simply angry about being caught verbally abusing my employeesHer feelings are hurt because I stood up to for my employees and would not let such inhumane treatment go unmentioned when I cancelled her service
I don't see Ms*** asking for any reasonable remedy for this situationShe clearly is not owed $1,She really just wants to vindictively and falsely attack our reputation as a company because we refuse to continue working for herIf there is some reasonable solution Ms*** would have requested, we surely would have consideredThe fact is that all she really wanted to do was complain to somebodyThere is no concession we can make regarding this matterAgain, I request this matter immediately be taken to arbitration

I have nothing more to addIt is clear what kind of business this is from the responsesI have been told by the Revdex.com unless they have numerous complaints they can do nothingI will have to look into other alternatives

Not interested in going back and forth.  I guess the question we all need to ask ourselves is, if the vehicle was so horrible to begin with, why did we put a $500 stereo in it?
