I had my heat pump and furnace replace by chilltrol in with a [redacted] system that came with a year parts and labor warrantyIn February my unit stop working so I call chilltrol and had them come look at the unitThe tech that came out stated that some parts needs to be replaced and I had to pay for a diagnosis feeHe also stated that he will have to come back another day with the parts but it shouldn't be more than a couple days because [redacted] has a warehouse in Baltimore where they get parts fromHe said that his office will call me to let me know when he will be backdays went by and I haven't heard from no one so I decided to call the office, and speak to the receptionist in thereShe said that they haven't ordered my parts yet because the person who does that is on vacation, and will be back tomorrowSo I waited another couple days and call back again because no one called me to hear that my part has to be ordered from [redacted] and will not be in for another weekNow I'm really [redacted] because it's cold outside and I have no heat besides a portable heaterA week went by and no call again, so I called back and spoke to the receptionist again and she told me that the parts was ship but it's not going to be here for another couple days, so I waited again until they finally called me days later to come and install itLong story short it took them more than weeks to have my unit fix which is under warranty and I don't understand why a company like [redacted] would take a week or more to have a part delivered to an install when there is so much shipping options these daysMy electric bill is rediclious high this month and I feel that after spending 8k on a unit they should take care of there customers betterI will never recommend anyone to chilltrol or one hour again
